About Our Team

Terrence Delikat, D.O. was born and raised in Tampa Florida.  He attended Florida Southern College (Lakeland, FL) for his undergraduate studies and Nova Southeastern University (Davie, FL) for medical school.  Dr. Delikat has been practicing in Bartow for over 20 years now.  He has previously served as Chief of Staff and Chief of Medicine at Bartow Regional Medical Center.  Dr. Delikat is also on staff at Lakeland Regional Medical Center, Advent Health Wauchula, as well as serving on the medical executive committee at Bartow Regional Medical Center.   He also serves on the executive board of the Central Florida Physicians Alliance.
